We welcome accommodation requests from guests with disabilities to ensure equal access to our tours and services. Requests can be made by contacting us at least two weeks in advance of your tour date. You will need to specify the following information:
Your name and preferred contact information
The tour you wish to book and the requested date
The type of accommodation you are requesting
We will review all requests and determine what accommodations we can reasonably provide. If we require additional information to evaluate your request, we will contact you promptly.
We will consider a variety of accommodations, including but not limited to:
Mobility assistance devices such as wheelchairs and walkers
Assistance from a traveling companion to aid with mobility needs
Use of a service animal
Altered tour schedules to accommodate medical needs
We regret that we cannot guarantee we can provide every requested accommodation. However, we will attempt to offer reasonable alternatives to help ensure you can participate in and enjoy our tours to the fullest extent possible.

We understand that plans can change, so we have created a fair cancelation policy for our tours. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made outside of 48 hours outside of service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date or "no-shows" are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your reservation to another date within 6 months at no additional cost.
If Hoʻomau Oʻahu Tours needs to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund. In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule a tour, we will notify you at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time and your reservation will be transferred to the new date at no additional cost.
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may attempt to fill your reserved spot and minimize the loss of revenue that impacts our ability to operate. We aim to be flexible while maintaining a fair policy that allows us to continue providing memorable tour experiences for our customers.
